Hackathon ( It's over)
Introduction:
In general, Hackathon is a design sprint-like event in which computer programmers and others involved in software development, including graphic designers, interface designers, project managers, and others, often including subject-matter-experts, collaborate intensively on software projects.
Theme:
The Digital India programme is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. The Digital India programme itself promises to transform India into a digitally empowered society by focusing on digital literacy, digital resources, and collaborative digital platforms.
In this age of digitalization, mobile banking plays a vital role. As we know Mobile banking is a service provided by a bank or other financial institution that allows its customers to conduct financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. Unlike the related internet banking it uses software, usually called an app, provided by the financial institution for the purpose. Mostly these applications are used by urban and educated people.
"You have to design a user interface for a mobile banking application that will be very easily understandable and accessible for the illiterate and rural population in India."
Rules & regulations:
- Maximum 3 members are allowed in a team.
- Participants must have to carry their own laptops with appropriate software to design the user interface (No hardware or software will be provided from our end).
- Only B-Tech (CSE, IT, EEE, ECE) are eligible.
- Time duration-6 hours.
